Conflict management in organizations

Conflicts in groups, teams or organizations are not only governed by the personal conflicts between individuals, but also by the structures and relationships of the organization. This may involve, for example, structurally grown unhealthy relationships, power positions, unspoken habits and rules. In such cases, solving conflict is not possible without addressing underlying structural problems.
Through a systemic approach of all aspects of working together in a team or organization, repeating patterns of conflict is prevented and long-term solutions are found.
